"The staff welcoming you to the property took 45 minute to talk address us and there was a lack of familiarization with the property. For how much you spend they should definitely show you around other then point out a few things on the map. However the activities staff including- especially Enmanuel and Abel were absolutely outstanding! "

"Breakfast and all other meals were excellent. One issue is that breakfast is advertised as included but there was a $15 fee person plus tax for breakfast. I was never specifically told of fee amount at any Point of service. Front desk staff only gave me option to leave a card at the front desk to bill these extras to. "

"Very much enjoyed our 6 day stay at Dreams La Romano. The only complaint I had wasn't with the resort but transportation from the resort to Punta Cana airport. We had made reservations with Talixo through Expedia to get from the airport to the resort and back.
The initial drive from the airport to the resort was good. However when we were waiting for the ride back to the airport from the resort our driver never showed up We had to get a cab to take us to the airport which cost us an extra...

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel did not have the gym and pool available, yet I was still charged full price. Additionally, I was unable to sleep well because the rooftop area remained open all night, causing significant noise. At one point, I couldn’t even access the elevator due to the large number of people at the hotel that weekend. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations."
