"Excellent hotel, brilliant experience."

"Lovely room, excellent views, well positioned, helpful staff, great variety at breakfast."

"This resort is in an excellent location for tourists. Half way between the airport and the major city of Funchal. The views are stunning. The staff friendly and very pleasant. The food choices were vast and delicious. We signed up for the all inclusive and it was well worth it. Lots of great excursions, hikes, adventures, dining and shopping."

"Lovely hotel, great facilities and best location, easy access to both Funchal town and the Lido area. Spotlessly clean and pool area beautiful. Staff super helpful, basic room and balcony very good. Would definitely stay again."

"En retrait du centre ville de Funchal mais dans une zone commerciale et à proximité immédiate de l'océan. L'établissement dispose de tous les équipements pour passer un bon séjour. La formule en all inclusive est digne d'un vrai 5 étoiles. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel et cela mérite d'être signalé."

Rooms are comfortable, with eco‑friendly AC that shuts off when you leave. The beach is beautiful, and refillable water stations are convenient if you bring a bottle. The resort has a warm, family‑oriented atmosphere. À la carte restaurants were full when we arrived and unable to book a restaurant. The main negative issue is...

"Lovely base with plenty of nice restaurants close by!"
