"I love it, love it. I have a gluten allergy and I was more than accommodated. The buffet had allergy labels which made this much easier for me. The food was delicious, the entertainment was good and the property was really clean. I enjoyed the late night coffee spot in the lobby area especially the hot chocolate. "The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
