The only thing we would suggest is that they could use more directional signs. It's easy to get lost and hard to find your way to wherever you want to go. "

"I booked twice at this inclusive (solo trip) and all I can say is that it is a perfect hotel to relax by yourself, your partner or family it’s very kid friendly. As I mentioned I went solo and the staff made me feel safe they are friendly and greet you all the time. "I love traveling to this resort. The Staff is like family to us and we love them all. They always go above and beyond. If i could critique anything about this resort is the food. I am lucky on this trip, we stayed in the Royal Level with excellent food choices. Outside of the royal level the food seems to be consistent but also the same flavors and quality throughout. The food is made for the masses and quality suffers due to this. "

"It was our 4th visit to Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. Our kids now 3 and 7 love it. This time we brought another family (friends) and they also enjoyed their stay with their kids. Park is awesome, rooms are very nice and comfortable, staff is very helpful and the general ambiance is perfect for families with children. Of course everything that is not included is overpriced but we just accept it. I recommend Nickelodeon Riviera Maya to anyone with kids and who can afford it. It’s unique and...
