"The staff were pretty consistently rude for most of the week we were there. When we would ask for food at restaurants where they were serving at buffets they were consistently rude or acted like we were annoying them or like they didn’t want to be there. It was pretty shocking considering what we paid to be there. We wondered if they were treating us that way because we were Mexican-American and not White. No matter the reason, it was not OK. If you’re looking for a beach, this is not the place...

"Very bad experience at this hotel. I was honestly ready to leave after the first night. The front desk was not helpful at all and didn’t try to solve anything. Worst customer service I’ve experienced ! it didn’t feel like a Hilton-level hotel at all. The pool area was also disappointing. Umbrellas couldn’t be opened, so there was no shade, and the water was very cold. Overall, a really poor stay. I would not recommend this place. Never."

"The staff and workers all were very pleasant. They all worked hard and put 100% effort to make the trip enjoyable. The one nightmare we had was with Palace Elite offices. Very pushy in trying to make you join their membership. They made a mistake with out billing which ended up overcharging our bill. We spend hours and hours of our vacation trying to clear up this bill and they still didnt take care of it. "

"In the hotel there is nothing to do,after you go to the restaurant. The buffet is very limited, we stay 5 days and only one of those there was Mexican food ‘, the water in the shower and in the wash basing smelled very, very very bad. The jacuzzi in the room was dirty with a lot of soap scum."

"It’s a beautiful resort. Very clean and it is beautifully decorated. The food at the Japanese restaurant was very good. I do have to say that the service actually left me very underwhelmed. The staff did not seem concerned with helping. You have to actually run after people to get service. Most were not friendly. I requested a hair dryer because my room was missing one, they took a really long time to bring it and when they did, it was not even working. I had to ask a housekeeper for one from an...

"Just got back from an amazing stay in Cancun and had to share! 🌴 The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—always ready to help with a smile and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. And the food… absolutely excellent! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and had plenty of variety to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

"Pool side setting was comfy, i enjoyed the pool. Room was clean, however the jacuzzi upstairs in my room was not clean, did not use even though i paid for it. The room door was squeaky, but they did come in fix it at my request. The staff was excellent, shout out to Krystel and Marco, those are the 2 names that stood out."
