"This is our second time at a xcaret property! We arrived on a Wednesday and left on Sunday. The staff Wednesday- froday afternoon were fantastic, but there was a noticeable shift on Friday night through Sunday. We saw that a large conference was being hosted on the property that weekend and it seems the staff were overwhelmed in all areas with long lines at all the restaurants and bars. We went to the front desk with a concern and were ignored for 15 minutes while everyone worked at a computer...
