"We booked 3 nights at Oceans Resort and Casino and left a day early. While the resort is very beautiful, they have much room for improvement . Starting with self parking. Once in the elevator, there are NO signs how to get to the to lobby or check in. You need to take two elevators and thankfully a staff member directed us. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The room was beautiful and the layout was practical. very clean and well maintained property. everything you need to indulge in the full hawaiian experience is right outside your hotel doors. dining was amazing as well as breakfast and coffee at chee-hoo. pools a little crowded but the beach and ocean are where i spent most my time."

"I liked that the SPOT was next door . Was a great place to eat and hang out and look at the beach. Don’t like that we got the 2 hours early to check in at 2:00 and still had to wait till after 5 o’clock to get into are room . Only 1 elevator worked so there was a constant wait for it and when you did get on it was crowded. Didn’t help either that the ice machine was broken on my floor and so (I’m on vacation ) not using the stairs to go up and down to another floor to get ices like I had to ....

"The room we stayed was not as expected in the photo. The towels are hard on my skin. I had no conditioner to pump. I called for our sink to get fixed because it is very slow to drain."

"My family and I booked this hotel for 2 nights. When we checked in (at 3ish) and went up to our room it was extremely noisy with construction noise which sounded right on top of our room. The noise continued till 8ish, then we were awakened by the noises again at 6ish the next morning. When I complained at the lobby they said I had to wait till 11am for another room. I was so tired that I left and didn’t stay our second night. Plus everything in Canada is extremely over priced!!!!"
