You made our stay truly unforgettable, and we're so grateful for the care and warmth you showed us everyday. The food was A one perfection -though the portions could have been a bit bigger. However they don’t limit you on what you can order- so I understand the meaning behind it all- preserve and don’t be wasteful. They have a variety of food and It’s not a buffet so it makes it all even better because then you know the food is made fresh. They have a variety of options - don’t be afraid to ask, Everything else was restful and peaceful, made even more special by the surprise from my fiancé. The views were beautiful, and it was so easy to get around. It was just a short ride to Playa Norte with a golf cart, and Dolphin Discovery was a great experience too. We can't wait to come Back."

"The stay was overall good. The staff is excellent. Carlos housekeeper very good, Monse at the Jardin lounge is excellent service. Eddy at the pool bar was excellent. When I called the reception because I needed coffee, water, Pepsi it was done right away very attentive. The negative things where having to pay $3 to play pool at the sports bar, the bathroom from the pool where to much water on floor, an that's nasty. An the bathroom on the room there was always a smell of urine. It was definitely coming from the pipes working it's way up. An lastly the room was to warm. I tried to lower the temperature but I could not do it . It was always at 25.5 C I lost sleep because of too warm. Thank you"

"The property was well kept, beautiful rooms, and just very peaceful all around. But the service… it was truly exceptional! We’ve stayed at several Secrets and the staff here set the bar. They were very thoughtful and caring. We’ve already recommended this location to several friends and will definitely come back. "

"I want to preface this by saying the resort itself is beautiful and the premium experience events team are truly fantastic and attentive, but I cannot in good conscience leave without warning other guests. During a 3 night stay $216 was stolen from my purse while I was staying here. This was not a case of leaving my valuables out in the open, my purse was tucked away amongst my belongings, so for someone to have taken money from it means they went through my things deliberately. My coin slot was left open, and my ID and debit cards were rearranged, so this was an intentional act of theft. The feeling of having your personal belongings searched through without your knowledge, in a room you are paying to be safe in, is genuinely distressing. I came here to relax and celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and instead I’ve left feeling violated and unsafe. I would urge any guests to use the in-room safe for absolutely everything of value and to be aware that this can happen, even in a resort of this calibre."
