"Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Food was okay. Room was nice - but we ended up upgrading. Location was perfect for beaches we wanted. Would definitely consider staying here again but maybe not doing the all inclusive."

Staff-standout staff! The staff works incredibly hard and makes you feel very welcomed. Tip the staff!!
Food-probably the best resort food I have ever had at a hotel. So many options and food had a great quality. We loved Magna, Oregano and surprisingly Raises with their unique menu. Magna breakfast was my favorite meal! No reservations and we never had to wait to be seated for a meal

"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."

"Robert and Carlos were warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, the AC cold, and decor was nice. I felt like I was truly in Mexico, instead of a bland hotel. Nina, the dog is very cute! It was a peaceful retreat from the noise and bustle of Playa Norte. I also cannot say enough good things about the pool, gorgeous view!"

"The whole hotel was very secure with multiple gates and clearances to get through to get to the hotel. When we arived they offered us cool towels and took our luggage to our room. Our room was clean, the ac was great, and the plug pool was very private and looked over a view that couldn't be beat. The beach and pools was never crowded we always found a seat were we went.
