"We were put in a family suite despite booking a king bed suite. We only had two people traveling, The room we got was very dated, awkwardly laid out and had a queen bed, two twins and a couch. The living area was an interior space that was very dark with mismatched old furniture and an ancient “kitchen”. I think this room may have been intended as an upgrade as it was larger than what we booked, however, it felt like we were just given the room as it was left over."
