"What makes this such a great resort is the staff! Everyone is so kind and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed! A big shout out to Carlos at the bell service and Javier at the front security gate. Our suite was very big and had a beautiful view. Highly recommend this resort! "

"It’s a timeshare resort with a timeshare crowd. Room and amenities are good, not amazing; just be prepared to be nickel and dimed for the all inclusive, random rules like dress codes at different times of day, etc. Decent value for the money, but not a true luxury all-inclusive experience."

Not a single time they did not pass a smile or help us in any way possible I would really love if there were more nightly entertainment and or fire shows for kids like other resorts do. "Great family-oriented place for kids. There were plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained, which made our trip enjoyable. The staff was a bit rude at the beginning of our stay, which was disappointing, but things improved as our trip went on. By the end of our stay, the service was much better and helped make the overall experience more pleasant."

"We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

"This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. "

"The oceanfront building offered a pleasant stay overall, though the bathroom layout was somewhat compact. The door opened outward toward the toilet, which was positioned directly in front of the sink, making the space feel a bit tight. Additionally, the sliding door to the balcony was heavy and somewhat difficult to operate, and the balcony itself was smaller than expected. That said, the resort grounds are expansive and well-maintained, with a wide variety of activities and entertainment...
