"It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "In the middle of all Playa del Carmen has to offer. Close to Quinta Avenida, the beach, and many restaurants. Chedraui store very close for groceries, coffee and pastries. The host is on site, very friendly, and always available. Property is very secure and provides parking. The only downside is that the music from the club at Be Playa across the street was loud on some nights."
