"Just a night before flying, outdated hotel with kids running down the corridor, i had a single bed in a small room which was okay, but it had seen better days. Breakfast that was supposed to be from 6.30 was changed to start from 7, which is no use if you have to leave at that time, take away breakfast that i was offered was a bit of cheese, prepacked small croissant, a carton of juice and the smallest apple I've ever seen😊 add to that £50 spend on uber from and to airport and I'll have to say...

"Whilst upon arrival the hotel seems very basic, however hotel is very well equipped, located & does exactly as required. Room was large, spacious, very clean & comfortable. Very well located & staff are very friendly & helpful Would highly recommend "

"Great property, fun to be in an old row house, but since it’s three old row houses put together it’s a bit wonky of a maze and the stairs are definitely steep. The proper English breakfast was good, the room was cleaned every morning and restocked with more tea and coffee. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s right by the underground and great for getting places. Would definitely recommend this property."

"A decent basic hotel, we were placed in the outside building which was quaint. Fire stick in the TV which was good in the eve. Comfy bed and decent shower. Breakfast buffet was a tad dire (selection of foods and really bad coffee) but they do make eggs to order which was good, I'd give it a miss and eat in Welwyn for the same cost. Location is very close to Welwyn, pub about 2 mins walk away does decent food. "
