"I was disappointed with the Preferred Club experience at Dreams Tulum. We paid extra for Preferred Club, but the resort was undergoing renovations and several of the amenities we expected were unavailable. There was only one Preferred Club bar on the beach, open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on some days it was closed due to inspections. The other Preferred Club bar/lounge was closed because of renovations. For the additional price we paid, I don’t feel the Preferred Club experience was worth...

"Everything was beautiful! Staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. This hotel is inside a National Park so you'll need wristbands daily (don't forget!). You'll pay once when you arrive, only $7 USD. A LOT of wildlife as the hotel is built around the park but still beautiful, small and cozy! Food was great too!"
