"Bed was comfortable but room needs upgrade especially the bathroom tiles. Balcony could have been cleaned from all the bird droppings! The safe battery needed replacing after just being there 1 day. The pool water was warm , although it was 100 degrees out ! The beach was unusable due to all the pile of seaweeds. The food & service was great! The spa was excellent! The coatie animals & iguanas everywhere was a surprise & unsure if they were harmless. Maybe put up a sign giving some explanation...

"Our family of 6 stayed for a week and we had a great time and food was wonderful. The young gentleman that checked us in was short and rude. However, the rooms were not up to par. Our room was very musty and damp. And was not ready upon check in until 4 pm. The train service -do not rely on if you need assistance. We called twice for a 6 AM pick up for all six of us in our luggage on day of checkout and no train was provided. "
