"It was a great stay everything was awesome .The customer service was amazing.Such a beautiful experience. The only thing I would improve on is have more day time entertainment down at the beach pool . I found the adult pool was way too hot not refreshing at all so we spend most of our time was at the beach pool the water was refreshing,and great views "

"We love vacationing on the Yucatan Peninsula over the last 15 years. We have stayed at several different resorts, condos, and even an ocean-front villa, but the Princess resort is by far our favorite. We've stayed at the Princess once or twice a year over the last 5 years, and brought family members to enjoy to resort with us.
