"Fantastic hotel for my partners birthday! We both enjoyed our stay we didn’t want to leave. The hotel arranged for the balloons to be in the room upon arrival and also left a note with an Everton toblerone. The hotel gave us a room with a view of hill Dickson upon my request which was lovely of them. The spa was fantastic! One of the Best spa’s I’ve been to! There were two weddings during our stay which was lovely to see and didn’t disturb our stay! The rooms are huge and they were just perfect...

"The hotel and its surroundings were truly picturesque. The rooms were spotless, and while the restaurant offered a limited selection, the overall experience was pleasant. However, one concern was the presence of dead flies on the restaurant’s window sill. Given the warm weather, this issue should have been addressed promptly to maintain cleanliness "

"Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. I was unhappy that the window could not be fully opened due safety regulations. As the week was very hot outside the room could not be vented with fresh air. But the hotel provided an electric vent.
