The resort was very beautiful. The room was updated and was cleaned almost twice a day.
A lot of the staff were very friendly but if you had questions you needed to go to the front desk. Most of the staff did not speak any English.
You only receive 2 glass bottles of water in your room and you cannot get bottles of water anywhere on the resort.
We even went to the front desk and asked for more water and we were told no, they will send someone to our room.
They brought 2 extra glass bottles of water.
You do get a mini fridge in your room and it was stocked daily with assorted soda and 2 cans of beer.
We left a tip and note asking housekeeping for extra towels and more beer.... nope. I guess 10usd was not enough.
At any given time the water that was available was filtered water they serve you in a cup.
There is also no wait staff for around the pool or beach areas.
Another interesting bit was they do not serve any alcohol before 11am. Strange.
We arrived at the resort at 10:30 pm and all the restaurants and bars were closed.
We were told that there was a restaurant opening at 11 but they did not serve alcoholic drinks.
If we wanted a drink we would have to wait for the night club to open....
After hours delayed at the airport a person just wants a stiff drink and food, not waiting around for a night club.
Strange.
The bed in our room was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
