"Staff very friendly, restaurants are very good. But buffet is not great, always the same menu. The rooms are very far from the buffets. Not much happening around the pool, not even tv for the World Cup. Other all inclusive I stayed at have little snack bars around the property and by the pool and always cooked something next to the pool. Not the staff issue, they get five stars"

"My family and I have been going for years. We love the hotel and all the amenities available. Room service is great. The spa and gym are always great to use. The entertainment and staff are friendly."

"Property was nice. Staff was friendly. This is only my 3rd stay at an all inclusive and sorry to say this one would rank at the bottom. Disappointed when we checked in for a five night stay were told we could only eat at the restaurants 2 of our nights. Not that the reservations were full but we were only allowed 2 dinner meals at their restaurants. The rest would have to be buffets. This was never mentioned anywhere when I booked. Buffets were decent. Ate at the Caribe buffet our last night....

"The property was wonderful and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, my only complaint is it’s a hour ride from the airport. But that’s no big deal. Absolutely loved our time there. The restaurants were great, even the buffet was great. And of course the pools were wonderful! We were there for a wedding and they did a bang up job making sure everything was perfect!"

"Shower master room BROKE. Bath clogged. Couldn’t take a shower first 2 days. There is no beach 5 min walking distance as offered."

"I love this little town. Been going there for many years and love the hotel. Staff helpful. There is no elevator for those who need one. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. The sargassum seaweed is a real thing and starts in the early April or so and lasts for a while. All of this saddens me but may not go again as it is not pretty and the staff was working continuously to...

"More comfortable beds. Place was great clean, nice neighborhood quiet. Wonderful area love all the convenience of the place in PA . But definitely needs comfortable mattresses. Loved the host. "

"We had a wonderful stay at El Dorado Seaside Palms. We had a swim up room and greatly enjoyed it! The pool was wonderful, clean, cool, and we enjoyed the swim up bar. The property is beautiful and lush and well taken care of. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food was delicious. I highly recommend room service breakfast for a nice slow start to your morning. We would visit again."
