"In need of upgrades. Had to switch rooms because shower was emitting horrible sulfur smells that stunk up whole room. Bed mattress had giant hole in it. Room faced a construction site that started at 7:45 every morning. Most staff was very helpful and nice but concierge was unbelievably and shockingly rude and obnoxious. And not just to us. He is in the wrong line of work."

"Room was clean and spacious and there was always someone cleaning, weeding, generally tidying. Food was good and a great variety. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Didn't love the location, it was pretty isolated and taxis were overpriced giving the hotel complete control. Store was hugely overpriced aswell. I enjoyed my trip , it was very relaxing but i probably wouldn't stay here again."
