"5 star hotel. I don’t like the way the hotel tries to upsell you to a preferred tier when you check in. Why don’t they put those offers on Expedia so I can make that decision when I book the trip and not on a whim when I arrive to the resort. This seems to be a going trend among most resorts these days. The room service food was terrible. Other than that I would definitely recommend the resort."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was amazing and helpful. They have plenty to do for couples and family alike. Plenty of good food and wine options. The nightly shows kept everyone busy and entertained The optional beach dinners were (extra cost) fabulous. We will miss all the fun we had and we made many happy memories. Cons: Room cleaning is not an everyday thing but they will come on request. Wet from the pool seems hazardous to walk around im the rooms and around the pools....

I felt there is something to keep my toddler occupied everyday -big shoutout to the kiddie water park.
