"We stayed for only 2 nights but had a great time. Kids enjoyed the water slides and beach was great. The lagoon at the Cove was a hit for snorkeling and seeing a variety of little fish.we had a great experience overall."

"We stayed 5 nights at Grand Palladium. Staff was all excellent. Food was decent. Beach was too small for my liking. And of course seeweed was bad but that’s Mother Nature. Pools were very warm. Rooms were specious and beds were comfy. We had a good time"

"Nice resort! Very clean and well maintained. I really liked that they allowed us to make reservations for the restaurants for the 3 nights we stayed all at once. Also, the bartenders at the pool bar were very attentive at all times, same with the sports bar servers. The only thing I didn't like it's the people trying to sell you a timeshare following you around, other than that everything was good. Going back in a few months to visit the new resort they just opened next door."

We were on the 3rd floor. No information about activities at the hotel. Only found there was an information Kiosk 3 days later- after asking. Staff ate Sports Bar upstairs was very rude when we asked for something to drink. Just through our drinks to us. The Spa service was not professional- my pedicure was...
