"It’s not finished and there is a ton of construction going on. It’s not organized and employees do not understand a lot of questions. Resort credits are a joke. The pools are great and the water sides are great. Ice cream is also good. The arcade is good because all the games are free. I suspect that could change. It should be wonderful in the future but right now it’s not completely finished and a lot of stuff is not open or complete. We loved the pools that were open."

"The resort was nice and clean. But kind of old. The rooms need maintenance the shower was broken, as the jacuzzi handles as well. The food was not good in my opinion and they serve the same thing in all places."

"The only way to go here is the preferred club. The amenities they provide are worth it... like you get to eat in the AC in a private area when you enjoy the buffet, you can make reservations at the restaurants (otherwise you wait really long times), you have a personal concierge you can message questions to, etc. That was totally worth the upgrade. The pool area is nice and has quiet areas to enjoy... especially at the preferred pool, because main pool area can get loud. The Cosmic Lanes place...
