"The landscaping was beautiful but for a Secrets Resort, I was pretty disappointed. My room seemed nothing special about it, paid less in other resorts and had bigger and better rooms. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible.
