Cari Hotel di Eropa

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"This is a great hotel with an amazing location. Rooms are perfect for people traveling through- no windows or chairs/seats in the room but any basic amount of research tells you that- not sure why people rate the hotel poorly based on this when it tells you this information before you even book. Rooms are dark and clean, it's quiet, safe, amazing location. Tons of things nearby, perfect location for the tube. If I stay in picadilly again, I'm staying here. "

"Liked the over all vibe of the place. There were one thing that my wife and i were baffled about. It was the way the bed was made. There was a comforter that went upto about waist level and then another comforter that was seperate that covered the top half. It was very strange and neither one of liked it. Second night we just took both comforters off the bed and turned them so each of us had one comforter each. I dont understand the logic of the way the bed was made."
