"The resort has a nice beach area for kids to play in, good pools, and decent water park. Service level is not up to par with comparable Mexico all inclusive hotels though. Could use more amenities within the room such as robes, more hangers, not charging service fees for room service, better lounge chairs for swimup rooms. Overall we had a good time, but there is a lot of room for improvements."

They took a while to refill certain options in buffet restaurant and if you did not get there early enough certain items where no longer available. Hence reducing your choices. I felt there is something to keep my toddler occupied everyday -big shoutout to the kiddie water park. "I have to start by saying the food is terrible.Front desk staff isn’t very welcoming or as helpful. The day we arrived we weren’t welcomed. Nobody helped ous with our bags no welcome drinks.
