"Security kept knocking on door for guests taking showers because it was triggering the fire alarm. Very annoying. My room flooded due to a leak above. They switched my room twice as a result. Only consideration they offered was a one day pool cabana and laundry of wet clothing. The room got left full of water for several days. "Check-in took a bit longer than expected, small little mishap with my room but it was resolve immediately. I must say eveything else was PERFECT! The property was clean, my room was beautiful and clean, the staff were amazing everyone was so friendly. The daily food of choice was always on point.
