"Horrible!!! No room service, the same foods are serve every day at the buffet, the steak restaurant has to rsvp, but during ours stay the apps is down and we can’t make the reservation, we tried to talk to the staff but he just ignored us and brush us off. There are no amenities at all for the kids. The room are musty and stink we had to request to swrich to another room, and the front desk give us a hard time and refused to switch for us."

"Positives: Josue at the quiet pool is quite literally your best bartender. He deserves much praise. Your sales staff isn’t overly aggressive. When I stated I’m definitely not interested in the sales pitch and asked to skip it I didn’t feel over pressured to reconsider. Your housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were very fast. "The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
