From the moment you arrive, you are greeted and welcomed by the very passionate staff who will gather your luggage and place them in a secured holding zone until check in. We arrived around 10:00am and check in time was not until 3:00pm. The concierge handed us towel cards and VIP cards that came with our specific room. We were able to enjoy every amenity on the property including the restaurants, buffet, pool, beach, and bars while we waited for check...

"Had an issue with my reservation and received not help from staff"

"Our whole experience at this resort was terrible and we will not be going back. Upon our arrival we checked in an hour early and they said our room wasn’t available which obviously understandable as it was an hour early, but then when we came back an hour later to get our room, it still wasn’t available so we walked out to the beach for another 30 minutes and then came back at their recommendation. The lobby was then full of a bus full of people, so we spoke with the concierge at that point...

Nice sandy beach and water was crystal clear. Great to fiscover the Money Bar restaurant ( its not part of the all inclusive). We fidnt get to see any of the monkeys along the Monkey trail."
