"Too expensive for for what it’s really worth. The free shuttle stops at every park and hotel before it gets you to hotel arte . The customer service over the phone is rude . The customer service doesn’t care and treats you unimportant for the price you’ve paid."

It definitely was family friendly which we loved.Only Disappointment was the beach unusable due to sargassum but that is not the hotel’s fault.Pool did have a lot of missing tiles but we were able to use and enjoy it.I would definitely come back"
