"Pool area was nice. Rooms are a bit dated but we did get maid service daily if not twice daily. Beach was small with lots of sargassum. Prices for food and drink were ridiculously expensive. I have to think there are better options. I would not stay here again. "

If you are not a member you can’t be on that certain pool. I got talked to for sitting on members pool bench. I still appreciate their kindness and how hard they work, the staff."

"The room was not what you would expect from a 5 star. The supposed double bed was closer to a single bed and the humidity in rooms led to pillows + sheets being damp all the time. No amount of AC, ceiling fan or anything could help. The elevators kept going out of service throughout the trip and the AC in the elevators wasn’t working many times. The food at resort wasn’t good and we kept leaving to eat at the strip. I never leave reviews but I feel the need to because somehow all reviews before...

"I only got to eat at one restaurant because the reservations fill up quickly so I basically had to eat at the same restaurant every night. It should not be like that was unfair. People put towels on chairs early and no spots to sit. "

Favorite area was the adult only pool area. Loved being connected to Xcaret Park, easy walk. The lush natural habitat and animals was what brought us to this resort, away from concrete Cancun. "

"The hotel is okay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and not spend much time there. However, the staff lacks attention and customer service could definitely be improved. It’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect a very welcoming or attentive experience."

"Staffing at the beach club were extremely inappropriate and harassing us after the wind blew over hookah and burnt their towel. He followed us out of the beach club, harassed us, tried to lie and said it happened twice then followed us back to the hotel. Completely unprofessional and i will Never stay here again. We spent over $400 at the beach club and this is how we were treated."
