"Relaxing and a beautiful resort. If you want to just chill, enjoy the beach and amenities, this place is for you. It is quite far from Downtown Cancun as it is the last stop of the R2 bus in the hotel zone. The food is great and with the corresponding price tag. I had a great time for chilling here. For some night life or fun, go to Coco Bongo. Overall, a good place to rest, dine and chill. The beach front is gorgeous and the waves are strong. "We did not like this resort. There are only two different restaurants other than the buffet. It is difficult to get a same day reservation even though they say no problem before 4pm. We tried at 1pm. We got tired of the buffet! The staff at the buffet is good! There is no option for food outside. You have to be fully clothed to eat anything which is not ideal at a beach resort when you are swimming. The resort is more geared toward Mexican people than Americans. We did adventure out and did a lot of sightseeing and they were able to help us reserved a tour for us which was scheduled 2days ahead. We also have ocean front view and we loved it and worth it.
