"Diablos Cantina has to be one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The front desk personnel are clueless. The security people are good. Inclinators need attention. Knobs on the bathroom sink were worn out."

"Our room was very clean. The staff were helpful and very courteous. There were many restaurants to choose from to eat. We loved the pool area and the sky walk as well! The only downside was the hallway where our room was located: it was quite dirty and had food on the carpet. Other than that our stay was perfect!"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Pros- Staff was nice, room was cleaned daily. Cons- charged for mini bar items when we never used one thing. Plumbing issues- made our room smell awful, toilet was intermittently filling with water (they did send someone up to change it) but started again after a few days, we didn’t have hot water in our shower (call maintenance at midnight) never really got hot. Check in line was long with only a few people working behind the counter. Again- every person working there was very nice."

"We tried to check in on Sunday at 4 pm and there were throngs of people waiting in line to do just that. A digital center with computers had opportunities for “self check-in” but we didn’t notice that anyone was successful doing that. We were asked if we had a QR code, but when we didn’t, were directed to a very long, airport-like line. I waited upwards of 50 mins just to check in. There were also SO many people just there to see the gardens and the jungle animal area of the Bellagio, so it was...
