"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Was able to check in early but room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom, dirty kitchen floor, pasta sauce on kitchen towel. Place could not handle volume. Pool was very crowded and pool chairs were extremely difficult to find. Signs everywhere saying to not hold chairs but even at 9am all the tables and chairs had towels on them with guest clearly not in pool area. Lunch time was chaos, people even had drinks in pool. Property grounds were beautiful. "

"Rooms were clean and staff were polite. There are several restaurant in the Resort. There is bound to be something for everyone. Most restaurants open Thursday-Sunday so if you travel earlier in the week you won’t have the full options. Front desk check in was time consuming because there are no kiosk to check in. However, if you’re a VIP member there is a separate check-in session that makes the money you’ve spent gambling well worth the exclusive treatment. "

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I informed them in advance that I was arriving on an early flight and even called to confirm that I would arrive around 2 PM. They clearly told me that early check-in was not available and that check-in is at 4 PM. However, when I arrived at 5 PM, I was still not given a room and was asked to wait until 7:30 PM.
