"Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I like to be greeted and checked in and given directions, especially at a hotel that size! I had to check myself in, make my own room key, could not request a room away from the ice machine. The room was sparse as can be - no fridge, no coffee maker. My son is a diabetic and we need to keep his insulin cool - I've never not had a fridge! Considering the price, NOT worth it"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Was able to check in early but room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom, dirty kitchen floor, pasta sauce on kitchen towel. Place could not handle volume. Pool was very crowded and pool chairs were extremely difficult to find. Signs everywhere saying to not hold chairs but even at 9am all the tables and chairs had towels on them with guest clearly not in pool area. Lunch time was chaos, people even had drinks in pool. Property grounds were beautiful. "

"Pros: comfy beds, pool is amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, can't beat the location on the strip! Cons: wish there were better food options, hotel has a little wear and tear in the rooms but is expected with age of hotel. All in all we had an amazing experience staying here a week and would definitely return! "

"Casino wasn't too smoky. Craps guys were friendly. I wished the pool was open later. I also wish i knew i needed to bring my own tube for the river. Our hotel fridge was locked even after we called and they said they would unlock it. Ice bucket cover had mold. Microwave would have been nice. Overall Id probably go back."

"For time Hawaii visitors this place should be the first spot you stay at. It is touristy but you just need to get that out of the way."

"Great hotel and amenities but very old rooms, don’t recommend staying here. You can actually visit the hotel without staying in it. Our window was so old that we could hear the cars driving as if the window was open."
