"The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was an old bag of water in the ice container, the bed wasn’t properly made and the bathroom counter still had remnants from the last occupants."

"The bell boy was awesome both of them (Anthony and Cliff). However, the front desk wasnt helpful at all and frankly were abrubt. Not what I expect out of the Hyatt for 500 dollar rooms! The queen size bed felt like a full size. When we called we were told they are called Hyatt Queens? The rooms view was 1/2 of obstructed by the Ihop Tower and parking, not what we paid for. Thumbs down unfortunately for all but the bell boys (men)"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Excalibur Hotel is good for stay and easy to go to every where. Good location. "
