The rooms are nice but a little dated, the beds are extremely comfortable with amazing linens. A/C and heat work well and are quiet. The rooms also have good sound insulation - key because I was there with hoards of young people on Spring break, and never heard a peep."

"Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge. Other lamp didn't work at all. Rug on our floor to elevator had tape holding rug down. Should have some kind of map of hotel. Not what I expected for a Sheraton."

"Was so excited to be told we got an upgrade in the room. It was a disappointment. Such a small room. Small bathroom looking out onto a concrete wall and concrete roof. I can’t imagine what we would have got if it wasn’t an upgrade. "
