"I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. The guy came and at first we couldn't find the roach....

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"We have stayed at a lot of Disney properties, and this was equal or better to most of them. The rooms were massive! The property was very clean and there was a lot to do. We were surprised at the value for the money! Lots of pools, pretty good food options and a huge market on property made last minute food items easy to access. The staff were friendly and they were able to accommodate us for an early check-in. We already booked our next stay! This will be a go-to for us for sure! "

"Stayed for two days to catch a show at the sphere. All of the staff were great, some of them were excellent like our bell guy Dean, who went above & beyond bringing our bags & extra waters to our room. Our room kinda smelled like farts when we checked in & he showed us how to open the window & where a balcony was if we needed more air. Said if the smell didn’t go away to ask to switch. The rooms are nicely decorated & clean & had a lot of space to unpack stuff. The beds and pillows weren’t...

"In Vegas. Fairly clean in public areas. Close to sites. Shuttle is supposedly free but we never saw it. Waited at one pick up for 30min. Ended up taking another cab."
