"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Ocean has everything you’d want in a hotel/casino. Large rooms with floor to ceiling windows, incredible views and comfortable beds. Room service was excellent and breakfast was delicious. Bell and Valet services were top notch. We had a great time and would stay again!"

"Good pool but crowded"

"“Free” self parking (really included in resort fee) in the garage is a hassle as the first three floors are reserved for valet even though they sat empty for majority of our stay. So if you plan on going out in your own car be prepared for a litany of speed bumps in every turn of the garage. Grounds were fine, but they are working on exterior of tower 1 building so expect some noise. Pool is nice and staffed with life guards. The pool bar has strip prices $18-$20 drinks and then under-delivers...

"Very clean, less crowded than other hotels I have stayed at in Vegas. Pool had a great vibe. Definitely will be back. Monorail very convenient spot as well. "
