"Employees at bell service were not friendly at all. Cleaning crew were cleaning rooms on our floor every night at 2 to 3 in the morning and were talking real loud and laughing loud in the hall way."

"Excalibur Hotel is good for stay and easy to go to every where. Good location. "

"El único tema es que te ofren una habitación con visita a las Cataratas y cuando llegas, sorpresa que por precio adicional te dan una según de mejor vista"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Hotel has zero intentions of helping a guest with a room. Wanted and was willing to pay for a connection room with our kids. No can do ! One chair in the room, no desk or table. Will not stay at the Flamingo again."

"Didn’t like the resort fees when we didn’t use them , If your have people pay for fee give them a braclet to wear , people don’t like the feed when they not using them . This would the largest problem with most ALL casino’s Shouldn’t have to pay if you don’t use them. Everything else excellent, been in Las Vegas many times , this may be the last cause of the extra money you take from customers."

"Check in dan check out proses lama. kamar berisik."

"Amazing family oriented resort !"

"Had an amazing time here. Great hotel and better views."

"Everything about the stay was great. The location is perfect! The only thing I might caution others on is that the room was very small - like really tiny! That being said - we made do and enjoyed ourselves."
