"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The stay was ok for the price I would say it was at a decent standard.We booked the room for my birthday and the only thing we seen were a bathroom lock that didn't work and the bed was very hard and tiny pillows other then that it was fine it was last minute as we are locals but it will do the job of providing a room"

"Rooms were clean but dated. Pools were beautiful but there was trash along the lazy river. Same trash x 2 days. Day 2 at the lazy river smelled like sewage. Staff was friendly. I will look for a resort without daily fees next trip."
