"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The room we were in had water soaked in to the rug in front of the sliding doors leading to the balcony. Didn’t dry up the entire stay. TV also do not work, not the biggest issue for us. The one side of the pool with the water slide was also not in use for a couple days. Food at the restaurants was just okay. Overall not terrible but will be going somewhere else next year for our trip."

"Be prepared to pay extra for absolutely everything even things you thought were included. You can’t even walk in and out of the sauna without paying an extra $100! $100 FOR USING IT FOR LESS THEN 5 MINUTES!! YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING!! BOTTLED WATER IN YOUR ROOM $25!"

"This was not just a stay, but an experience. From the beautiful architecture and garden, the well equipped gym, amazing food (especially the Patisserie), peaceful atmosphere in the midst of an abundance of people, and every staff member was kind, considerate, helpful. I felt like every person on staff was actually related and has ownership in the hotel. This was the perfect location for our Real Estate conference as it fostered learning, camaraderie, and a place to recharge. Absolutely...
