"⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, our experience at The Row NYC was very disappointing. The staff was not welcoming or friendly, and many of them walked around with an attitude as if they were annoyed or angry with the guests. The gentleman in charge of storing the luggage was particularly rude and unhelpful. We expected much better customer service from a hotel in New York City. We also had an issue with a smoking fee that was charged to us. We were told that there had been smoking in the room, even...

"The best hotel"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
