"It was really nice and as described"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom a bit small but my understanding is that is normal in New York, same with the elevator. Spent 3 nights there but it was not until the last night that I found out the Tv didn’t work. Called the front desk and someone came up timely. It was only something not plugged in. Having a breakfast bar or restaurant opened for breakfast would be nice. Overall very nice, would probably go back. "

"while we felt our stay was excellent . there are a couple things that werent great . the pool was too cold . we have stayed in a hotel before that had the indoor outdoor option and the poolthe television in the room also had a mind of its own. it boasted a streaming option that worked very poorly. we didn't complain we dealt with it . "

"The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Great location. My only complaint is they charge a $35 per night resort fee. You can spend the resort fee at the hotel restaurants, but we were away from the hotel most of the time so it was just another cost. I wish they would ditch the fee. "

"Room was clean. Nice people. Wi-Fi was good. The only thing was the entrance door didn't isolate the noise from others rooms almost at all. I was able to hear everything in the hotel. It'd be great if they change the doors. Also, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. "

"Pretty run down and not that clean Sheets and towels were clean though and the location was great. No lounge or food was a bummer "
