"Overall the area of the hotel was decent, I was staying here to be closer to Allegiant stadium. However, parking was absolutely horrible, we spent two hours trying to park in Self parking only to be told the garage was full. Then tried to go to Valet and was turned away because I had already paid for self parking. Ultimately having to park off the property!! Once we got into our room the AC was not working properly and there was no mini fridge in the room."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"It was super clean, family friendly for sure. The food at the pizza place was mid and the staff at the restaurant/bar were alright the customer service was not there. I tipped online and supposedly they don’t get the tip. Room it self was perfect! Loved it"
