"This facility is nice, but there are no conveniences in the room. No coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator... nothing. If you want something, you have to go get it or call out for it. You have the basics. Also, the hot water in the shower: good luck getting it regulated! It is either freezing or scalding. No in between. No counter space in the bathroom and take an extension cord! The AC plugs on the lamp don't work. "

"Great location right by the subway so well placed for transport around the city. We were so lucky to have an incredible view of the Empire State Building. Can’t fault the cleanliness. No issues with that. It was nice and quiet within the hotel (could t hear other guests). The air con was quite noisy although we didn’t mind that as it drowned out sirens etc during the night. Staff at reception were helpful / pleasant. Would definitely stay here again."
