"Great hotel and very attentive service! The only drawback is because of how busy the beach is, you need to be up at the crack of down to secure shaded beach chairs. I believe the staff could more keenly enforce the “one hour” rule in that if folks are away from their chairs for too long the towels are cleared. Otherwise every restaurant, pool, bar and every employee was fantastic! "

"This hotel keeps the party going, music in the lobby, at the pool all over the hotel, night club is awesome. The pool service is top notch! Drinks are tasty and food is delicious. The bartenders are attentive. Beach is beautiful and clean, we felt safe staying at la concha. "

"The employees are so nice and welcoming. The resort is very safe and the staff is very warm. The pool/ beach/ bars/ restaurants are all wonderful. Although cats fighting at night woke me up, the room is large and well kept. Each room has a balcony which is so nice. Housekeeping does a great job maintaining the room and checking back at night. Will stay again for sure! "
