"I loved how beautiful this resort was. The staff was okay definitely could’ve been better. Since I was celebrating my birthday, I did expect a certain level of service that I don’t feel like I received. At one point I got lost checking in to find my room and Shuttle that operates around the property took forever many times. "Hotel was mid. Clean room, kitchen useful, breakfast was good and really enjoyable, there was a breakfast staff in think named Veronica so kind and helpful i hope they pay her well she was the best thing of the hotel. She anyways had a straw ready for our baby. Pool was very small. The gym was extremely small nothing to do with the pictures they presented i think they take all their pictures in panoramic view because everything is small. Beware of mts staff that sits there they don't have...

"Clean room , clean pool , had a time !! Swim up bar is worth it ! Aaron was the best !! Staff was overly nice and patient ! Oh and the animals , top tier !"

"Having to scan QR codes for menus was a bit frustrating. The map of the property to find your way around was really small print. I think this all works fine for younger tech savvy people. It is not user friendly to the older generation who want to read things."

"Best vacation ever! I’ve never been so relaxed and felt so taken care of. My husband and I felt like royalty staying here! Will definitely stay again!"

"The restaurants are not open everyday. I think they should have more availability for times and days. Also, the sales pitch for the free massage is almost to intrusive when just trying to get checked in and start the trip."

"Bien"

"The room was clean. The property needs repair, food was subparnd the check in was an hourlong nightmare."
