"New rooms, spotless clean, cleanest rooms I started in, food was great- lots of choices and good quality, they had a lot of activities that were free such as kayaking, bike riding to see the cenotes on their property, beaches were beautiful, fun activities for kids, we will be coming back there. "

Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK.
