" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"The hotel is amazing. The entire staff, during our stay, was attentive. Housekeeping was cleaning a room nearby and I asked him (Javier) to give us extra water bottles and we had plenty during our 5 night stay. We played lots of beach and pool volleyball - Sergio, Axel, and the other staff kept it fun and enjoyable for everyone! Dinner was great. Our favorite meals were actually at lunch, the jerk chicken at the Barefoot Grill and the calamari tostada at SeaSoul was delicious.

"We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business!

"I loved this little hotel on the beach. Lots of lounge chairs, nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, small fridge. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but manageable. OMDelphin dive shop is attached to this hotel which was very convenient. I did 7 dives, a 2-hour snorkeling and a cenote tour with this shop. I'll be coming back in April 2027."
