"The staff in the reception area were very rude, but the wait staff and bartenders were nice. Our keys to our rooms stopped working at least 5 times. The room was clean but needs some work. The resort needs more entertainment. There isn't much to do in the evening especially since the pool closes so early. "

"We stayed at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana and were extremely disappointed given the price and expectations of a 5-star, family-friendly all-inclusive. While the beach is beautiful, pools are clean, and some staff were friendly, the overall experience did not match what was advertised. The biggest issue was the food consistently cold, bland, and extremely limited. The lunch buffet was often closed, leaving almost no decent alternatives, especially for children. This is unacceptable...

"This is such a great vacation spot! My husband & I had an amazing time from the moment we arrived. Everyone who works there is super kind & helpful which made the whole experience even better. The room was clean & the AC worked perfectly :) The only downside was that we had no cold water for the tub. My husband filled it in the morning & by early evening it was still hot but at least he could finally get in 😂 For an all-inclusive resort, the food was pretty good! Some hits & a few misses but...

"Cats and dogs roam the property and are so friendly; bartenders at the pool bar were friendly and made good drinks; hostess at Thalassa dinner time was pleasant and helpful (e.g. pointing out vegetarian options on the buffet); servers at Tao Cat were pleasant and quick; servers at Thalassa dinner were pleasant; room attendants were diligent; room was clean and well kept (no issues); pool by the lobby was warm and clean; beach was clean of seaweed and enough chairs available. Waited 30 minutes...
