"everything would have been perfect if i had a room with air conditioner i had book the room with the private pool in the room. Any it terrible the air conditioner wasn’t working . Then when i try calling reception they took over 3 hrs to change my room . so me and my Toddler was in a hot room. "The staff is the downfall of this resort. Our concierge Franklin was great and besides only 2 other servers, service was a 1. Always seemed like they were short staffed at the rout 66 restaurant as our order would take up to 30 minutes when only 1 other table was there. If you select this resort you will need to patient as service again is not their strong suit."
