"We had such an amazing stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun! They kindly allowed us an early check-in at 9 AM, which was incredible after a long trip, we were so grateful for that. "Our stay was at Moon Palace Sunrise with full access to Nizuc and limited access to Grand. Sunrise is very large and very populated. The pool is awesome.The food and entertainment are very good. But there is a need for more "grab and go" fooderies. The staff are all couteous and helpful. "

"This was the first all inclusive that didn’t provide any beverages in our refrigerator . We also asked for a certain cocktail during dinners and they said it would be an additional charge . Super disappointed . Also , they never cleaned our room until we called the lobby to request it . The jacuzzi was not even close to hot . It was kind of the same temperature as the pool. And so many more things to complain it . Overall bad experience and would never go back . "

"The hotel is very beautiful. However it seems like a catch to everything on property the “vip” experience staff literally harass you the entire time to purchase costly unnecessary things.We upgraded for $200 to the xhale package just to never really experience the upgrade. The roof too pool was closed for a “ticketed” party the restaurants are not open most days and the food was very underwhelming. I would not recommend this resort for the price or experience "

"Hotel was nice. Location is good, you can walk to the bus stop to go the to city and mall. The Air conditioning didn't work well, it cooled some but everything was wet with the humidity in the room. The bed was really hard. The spa though…the massage was AMAZING!! Downside to the resort is that everything closes early (bars open late and close early😞). If you are a smoker you only have small designated area. Pretty typical small resort. Very clean."
