"Everything was great! It was our second time back to Majestic. We stayed at the Colonial the first time and Elegance this time we upgraded for the Elegance club and Katherine R., our butler, was very attentive to anything we needed. Just message her on the Whatsapp and she would reply within minutes. The staff by the cabanas were always helpful.
