"Hotel manager would not allow me to chrck out, claiming i havent paid. Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary. Was not until i threatened legal action was i allowed to leave"

"The place was nothing like it was advertised as, and can only be reached via unnerving stretch of mountain roads (particularly Section road); and I thank Hotels.com for reimbursing me the prepaid charge for the one night stay. Thank you so much Hotels.com; it was not expected and truly appreciated. Hotel is unfinished; dusty from renovations. No spa (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, etc). Patio unusable due to renovations. Two bedroom Azalea suite non-existent; it was a room with two beds. No...

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "
