"Toilets didn’t flush for a few hours. Phones weren’t working in the room. Asked front desk to order taxi for certain times. Once they totally forgot so got late for our boat ride. Other times taxis showed up late.
Asked staff for 4 towels for the pool, staff said only one available when there were lots of towels stored on display."

"非常に快適で過ごしや すいホテルです。屋上のプールで、マルタの海を眺めながらおいしいカクテルをのみ日光浴するのが最高の癒しとなりました。
部屋も、家族3人で行きましたがとても広く、1人ずつべットが分かれていて良く眠れました。初日、洗面所を仕切るドアが閉まらず修理してほしいと頼んだら次の日にはすぐ治してくれました。
スタッフの方も全員気持ちいい笑顔で接していただき、拙い英語を粘り強く聞いてくださいました。
本当に最高のマルタ旅行を演出してくれました。ありがとう。"

"Bon séjour, mais des nuits très difficiles
Nous avons passé 4 nuits en famille à l’AX Odycy à Malte au mois d’août. L’hôtel est situé dans le nord de l’île, dans un endroit calme et agréable. L’établissement est très propre, moderne et bien entretenu, ce qui est vraiment appréciable car ce niveau de propreté et de modernité est assez rare à Malte.
Mon fils a beaucoup aimé le toboggan aquatique, un vrai plus pour les familles.
Le petit déjeuner est en revanche assez moyen, notamment au niveau...

"We had a very pleasant stay at St. Verdi Marina Bay. The pool and overall facilities were well maintained, and the hotel’s location was excellent, staff was amazing. There were also a variety of nearby halal dining options as well as shopping malls, which made the stay particularly convenient for our family.
The main drawback was the cleanliness of the room. It appeared that the floors had not been thoroughly swept or brushed prior to mopping, as there was still visible dirt beneath the bed and...
