"The pool quite frankly was disgusting and in severe disrepair. Several members of our party got sick from the seafood restaurant on site. Service at check in and check out was slow and staff was not rude but also not courteous to weary travelers. I was really excited about this trip and expected a great experience. Needless to say we were really disappointed. I think there are a lot of options in Cancun and I would not recommend this one."

"Our first time staying in Cancun we got a great deal on airfare/all inclusive hotel 6 days/nights. Our room was awesome, food was plentiful and very good. Only place that food kinda sucked was the 24 hr snack lounge. Hit or miss w what was there. Shows were great. All n all great!"

People are extremely nice, the facility is clean, and their rooms are what they show in the pic… But when it comes to the pool, from the three pools, not all of them were open, I guess because of the season also. Be careful when booking through the app since they will offer you a package for all-inclusive, but when you get there, most likely, they will tell you that you got a different package, and then that will be an extra for it.
